What is Forget Me Not Books?
Forget Me Not Books creates custom memorial books that preserve a loved one’s legacy through stories, photos, and cherished memories submitted by family and friends. Our books help families celebrate life and keep memories alive for generations.

​How does the service work for families?
Families receive a private link where they and their loved ones can submit up to 250-word stories and up to 3 photos per person. We collect, organize, and design these memories into a beautifully printed keepsake book.

​Is this a physical or digital product?
Both. Each book is professionally printed and shipped to the family. A digital flipbook version is also available as an optional add-on.

​How long does the process take?
Most books are completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly contributors submit their entries.

Partnership and Affiliate Program

How does the partnership work?
Funeral homes receive a unique affiliate link or referral code. When a client uses this code or link to order a book, your funeral home receives a commission.

​What does it cost to join the affiliate program?
There is no cost to partner with us. It’s a free value-added service you can offer your families while earning additional revenue.

​How much can we earn per referral?
Commission rate is currently 20% per book of the depending on volume and engagement level. 

​How are referrals tracked?
We use a secure affiliate tracking system. Your unique link or code ensures every referral is properly credited to your funeral home.  

Getting Started

How do we present this to families?
We provide marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and email templates. Some funeral homes include this as part of their arrangement packet or mention it during aftercare.

Do we have to manage the book creation process?
No. Once you refer a family, we take it from there—onboarding, collecting stories, handling design and production, and customer service.

​Is staff training available?
You will receive guidance with your sample kit.  However, the process is quite straightforward.  So, training is not necessary. 

​Can we get a sample book?
Yes. We offer discounted demo books for your lobby or consultation room. A digital sample book is also available for tablet or website use.

Support & Customer Experience

Who handles questions from families?
Forget Me Not Books provides full support to your referred families. We’re available by email, phone, or Zoom throughout the process.

What if families aren’t tech-savvy?
We make it easy. If needed, we can conduct short interviews and transcribe their stories or walk them through the upload process step-by-step.

Can families start the book after the funeral?
Yes. Many families choose to begin weeks or even months after the service. It can be a meaningful part of their healing journey.
